We really enjoyed our entire stay, the rooms were clean and updated, and the staff let me choose what floor we wanted to stay on. The breakfast options were pretty solid. They had a waffle maker, scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, cinnamon rolls, cereal, 3 juices, milk, coffee, yogurt, toppings, and bread/bagels. My children 3 & 6 also enjoyed feeding the geese outside on the dining area patio. The outdoor pool is wicked awesome. We had so much fun going down the slide over and over and over. Beds were perfect for us! The rooms were very clean and spacious absolutley 0 complaints. I do want to add that we stayed during an extremely busy time because it was a holiday weekend. The staff that makes the breakfast was not prepared for the amount of people that were there (600 guests is what the staff told me) so they did run out of breakfast items very quickly and there was a wait time for some items, BUT they kept pushing forward. One even apologized for the excess wait time for the food, and assured us that the next day they would be more prepared. Most importantly the majority of the staff I encountered were empathetic and had great customer service. Front desk could be a little more cheery, but nothing to complain about. You definitely have good staff members working for you!

We couldn't drag the kids from the amazing pool area. They would have been happy to spend the entire vacation never leaving the hotel. The pools are heated all different temperatures but warm which we LOVED for the lazy river. The indoor pool was open 24/7 which was really great. The service was excellent and there were a lot of great families with kids. Everyone was kind and respectful. The rooms were fine. Typical hotel room. Beds were comfortable, and the a/c was great. The bathroom was very large with a closet. We had a balcony but ended up not using it as we (the adults) rarely left the pools also, lol. Typical breakfast of scrambled eggs, sausage gravy and biscuits, bagels, waffles etc...it was decent but most importantly it was free and the kids loved making their own waffles. The location was fantastic as it was about a block off the main road. We stayed at the Inn, not the Hotel. I'm glad we did as we felt the pool area was better although the hotel side was good also...maybe it's just a matter of preference but the outdoor pool and lazy river seemed a little better laid out at the Inn. Parking was never problem and the elevator was fast. They provide towels at the pool which was awesome. Would definitely come back!!

Everything was clean, neat and orderly. The lobby for both places was decorated nicely. The hotel has a great back deck over looking the creek. The Inn- where we stayed, has a great view of the mountains. Breakfast was the same each morning, but always good- eggs, biscuits, gravy, sausage, yogurt, waffles, bagels, juice, coffee, water. Fitness room has 4 cardio machines, no weights. Our room had a fireplace, but it was too warm to use it. The bed was comfortable, King size- plenty of room for us. The shower/tub was one of the cleanest I've ever seen in a hotel. It was too cool for us to use the pool, but it looked inviting and clean. The pool has a fun looking slide for the kids. There is an indoor pool but we didn't go see it or use it. Our room had a giant jacuzzi in the room- didn't realize it when we placed the order. We didn't use it. I was disappointed when the clerk told me what the cost of the room would have been had I called them directly-- I paid $75 more PER night by using booking.com!

Entire property is very clean and well maintained. Our room was very clean. Bed was comfortable. The pool is great! Love the outdoor patio overlooking the river. Very relaxing and peaceful. Plenty of room and chairs/tables for many guests on patio. We were able to check-in early as our room was ready. Didn't have to pay an early check-in fee which is a HUGE plus. One of the employees (Sondra) was so friendly and funny. We ran into her on the elevator and shared some laughs with her. This was our 2nd time staying at this hotel and we will continue to do so.

The hotel is older and you can tell but it’s not nasty or ran down it has an older vibe but clean and comfortable still. Every room has a balcony so that was nice. The pool was nice and clean and the depths were clearly labeled so my daughter could tell where she couldn’t touch (she’s 7) The rooms were clean There were always towels in the pool area. We are fairly local to the area and were looking for a hotel with a nice pool to lounge at for a few days so it was definitely refreshing to not be disappointed
